Christmas Concert

Friday 27th December at 9 pm we have the pleasure to invite you to our winery in Scansano for a Christmas Concert, an exclusive musical performance that will unite the classic melodies of the Filarmonica “Amilcare Ponchielli” with the spiritual and afro sounds of the “Soong Taaba Quintet” gospel choir, both from Saturnia.
At the end of the Christmas Concert we will exchange our Christmas wishes with a slice of panettone and, of course, a glass of sparkling wine.
Free entrance with donation. The proceeds of the Christmas Concert will be given to Auser, an association of volunteers who look after the elderly, supporting active ageing.

Filarmonica “Amilcare Ponchielli”
Founded in Saturnia in 1913, for over a century Filarmonica “Amilcare Ponchielli” has performed a repertoir including military marches, classic and opera pieces, contemporary pop music and medleys.
“Soong Taaba Quintet” gospel choir
The Soong Taaba Gospel Choir was born in Saturnia in 2009 and performs traditional gospel songs and spirituals, drawing from the special African sounds.
