General Rules

• Access to the plant is only possible when accompanied by an employee of Cantina Vignaioli del Morellino di Scansano.
• Smoking is forbidden in the indoor areas and in the outdoor areas except for the specific smoking areas indicated by the signs.
• In case of specific department signs, pay attention especially to forklifts, pipes on the ground, wet floors.
• It is forbidden to access with your own car unless authorised.
• In case of access to the production area, wearing suitable, closed footwear is mandatory.
• Littering is forbidden.
• Keep a distance from machinery and production systems.
• Do not touch containers or products in the production areas.
• Visitors who accompany minors need to supervise their behaviour throughout the visit.

Hygiene Rules

• Eating and drinking in the production areas is strictly forbidden.
• Wash your hands carefully after sneezing or coughing, eating or smoking, after using the toilet facilities and after touching the materials or products in display.
• Any infectious disease must be promptly communicated to the winery’s staff.

In Case of Emergency

• In case of an alarm, please go to the assembly point indicated by the green signs (punto di raccolta) following the assigned exit path.
• In case of an alarm please follow the instructions provided by your contact person or other staff member.

The area is under video surveillance. Recordings are made by Cantina Vignaioli del Morellino di Scansano for reasons of safety and to safeguard the company’s assets.
